GovDC Portal

The GovDC Portal has been established as the primary communication interface between all parties involved in the operation of GovDC facilities.  Tenant employees, representatives or contractors may use the Portal to raise, action and manage service related requests.  Services include:

  • ordering of Service Catalogue items
  • delivery management of Service Catalogue items
  • technical support, incident notification and management
  • tracking and management of performance issues
  • change management (PTW)
  • booking onsite shared facilities
  • progress updates and escalations
  • government tenant report (billing) enquiries
  • general enquiries and updates.
